Inspired by amliebsch's "voice from hell" sound, i decided to take a crack at making something similar. This was made with my own voice. If you want to know what it's saying, it's:. To invoke the hive-mind representing chaos. Invoking the feeling of chaos. With out order. The nezperdian hive-mind of chaos. Zalgo. He who waits behind the wall. Zalgo!. Just slowed and pitched down immensely and then with some added reverb to give it the creepy effects that i wanted to. I think it would make a really great ambiance to a creepy horror scene in some creepy abandoned. . . . Wherever you would expect to hear these kinds of sounds. For years i haven't uploaded any sounds except my news themes, (thanks to you for your nice comments and thousands of downloads)now i give you an impulse response i made to check how my mixes would sound on a typical living room audio setup (but listening with headphones). The chain: technics hifi-system, multi-cone speakers, audix reference microphone, focusrite preamps. To use it like intended, just load this file into a convolution plugin in your master insert. You'll hear your mix like sitting. . . Well. . . In my living room. It'll sound muffled to you, that's because i captured the ir and all the reflections with an omni-directional mic and i have thick curtains ;-dof course it can be used as a really, really nice and natural-sounding ambience ir, too. Use it as an aux-reverb).

On a hill in berlin there is a abandoned radar-station of the us-army. On the top of the tower there is a dome with a very special acoustic. Sitting in a college cafeteria and recording the room.

A lone cricket appeared in my room, so i decided to record it before letting it out. Small chirping for about a minute. There is a light amount of background noise, since i decided not to do noise reduction myself and just leave it raw, since i didn't want to distort the cricket sound.

Some typing on a standard desktop pc keyboard (but you may use it as the sound of a laptop keyboard too). Recorded with a dynamic mic and a directional, condenser mic in a small room, filtered and compressed to minimize noise.

This is the ambience of a washroom near the parking lot of a small business building. You can hear the hum of the air-conditioner and the distant chirping of a large flock of birds. I recorded this with my lenovo laptop's built-in microphone.

The sounds of a plastic bird toy, that you fill with water and then blow into to give the sound of a bird singing. Sounds surpisingly realistic considering it's just a plastic toy. Recorded in a small room in the tower of a castle. Sample also has a pretty heavy reverb added to it.

Not quite as fun as the title makes it sound but still a good hydraulic whooshing sound i made with my tascam dr-40x on a small tripod underneath my bed as i lifted and pushed down on the hydraulic hinge. Filtered and eq'd a bit for some room buzz.

Made with audacity using pitch shift to lower the percussion sounds i took from fl studio and added three times with the "small room (dark)" plugin in the "reverb" effect. Feel free to use, but please use my name in your description for credit!.
